• Connected social accounts: OAuth tokens and account metadata (e.g. username, profile picture, follower count) for social platforms you connect, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We never store your social media passwords.
• Content data: Posts, captions, images, and other content you create or schedule through the Service.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the Service.
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or in-app support.

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including authenticating your account and processing payments
• Generate AI-powered social media content tailored to your brand and audience
• Schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service and develop new features
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, scheduled post notifications) and, with your consent, product updates
• Respond to your support requests and resolve disputes
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

Viralcast integrates with third-party social media platforms. When you connect an account, you grant Viralcast OAuth access to act on your behalf on that platform. We only request the permissions required to deliver the features you use.

• TikTok: Connected via TikTok Login Kit. We use your granted permissions to read account info and publish videos/posts.
• Instagram: Connected via the Instagram Graph API (Meta). We use your granted permissions to publish posts, reels, and stories.
• Facebook: Connected via the Facebook Graph API (Meta). We use your granted permissions to post to Pages and Groups you manage.

You can revoke these connections at any time through your Viralcast account settings or directly through the respective platform's security settings. Each platform's own privacy policy also applies to data they hold.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We employ industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

While we take security seriously, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any breach affecting your personal data as required by applicable law.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data.
